Need a custom made texture for my resource pack.

Hey Guys. I'm looking for someone to make me 2 textures for my texture pack. I would like:
Mushroom stew to be changed to a plate of waffles.
and
The bowl to be changed to a plate.
*Must be the same plate

Also, If someone could tell me what the texture pack is in this video at seconds it'd be very appreciated.
