Need Help

Me and my little brother are trying to LAN world play together. It wont work for some reason, even though we use the same Internet connection and our CPU's are only 20 feet apart. Please help.

Have you made the server actually public?

Might be the firewall on your router/computer which might be the cause of it.
Try disable both of them and try that out.
If that doesn't work, try to connect by clicking on "Direct Connect" then type your local ip (192.168.0.1).
Just to make sure that you have that local ip go on to cmd then write "ipconfig /all" and see what it says there.
If none of the above is working, download hamachi and set a new network.
