The Ranks do take a while to get but dont worry! you will get the ranks! ( By the way Leader is IMPOSSIBLE to get)
if you get Co-Leader dont Abuse your powers so you kick people out of the clan.
Also if you do get in dont add people and say your the leader, trust me if a Co-Leader or Leader finds out you will be Kicked out.
