As everyone said there really is no way to make teams illegal and it's part of the game. After all in the book there were teams. So teaming will most likely be not made illegal.

I dont agree with this, team are a great way to survive... most of the times i only team if they ask me to or with friends form real life why should i be against my friends
A good way for you to feel safer even fi theres a team is trying to make a truce with them, that way if you go across them they wont attack you and you wont attack them, if i see theres a big team i cant be in i always try to make a truce, it helps me get further most of the times
