Hello, I would like to know if MCGamer's staff chat are sent with json messages, yes? Are the non-staffs also json as well? I'm just curious.

I can't speak for the dev team and I may be wrong but I don't believe it would be really necessary for them to use JSON.

It's impossible to create a clickable text (that does something) without json.

Yeah that is very true but aren't you talking about the staff chat? If so, I don't think they would need it but outside of staff chat they may use it.
