Not a diamond donor anymore??

I bought diamond donor less than month ago and currently I an labeled as a regular player. Let me tell you $75 is a lot of money to donate and for my title to up a disappear. I just want to know that needs to be done?

Email them about your Diamond donor disappearing. I would recommend emailing them your receipt so the process is faster.

i just sent an email for the donor account services.. i attached a PDF of my receipt... so hope fully they fix it. I bought it on Nov. 2nd.....

Nothing to worry It can take 1-3 Business days. Keep on mind Saturday and Sunday aren't business days.

Do what they said about the email If they don't respond even though they probably will, contact a Admin
