Not getting archer effects?

So as you can clearly see I was wearing full leather but still didn't get the archer effects ... anyone help?

as you can see in the second image, no potion effects are showing up next to my player, so I don't really know what to do ...

Hey, Girls!

Investigating into this a little bit more, MCGamer does not have 'kits' apart from on Battlegrounds which does not feature an 'Archer' kit. After looking into this, it appears you are talking about another network (not going to name in case).
