Hey Man, if you have a forum rank missing:

1st- I would first make sure that your minecraft in game name is attached to your forum account. It Should automatically

2nd- If the 1st technique does not work then I would report it to a forum administrator who will be able to sort the rank out in no time all all.

PS- I do not know if a cropped image of you being platinum would be sufficient for you to get the platinum rank as it is quite easy to photoshop etc. Just link your statistics page on the leaderboards and it will show your rank there.
