Question Regarding Reports

Hey Everybody

I am One of those people who reports Hacking, spamming, Advertising etc a lot.
My question is, Do mods tell you if your report didn't have evidence and did not go through because each time I have reported someone they just say "Thank you for reporting, This user has been dealt with" and I don't know if they actually banned the person.

If a mod could answer this, That would be very helpful. Thanks

I think they are not allowed to tell you that, don't know why though.

Correct. We are not allowed to disclose a user's punishment, so we instead use a general message that tells the reporter that they filed the report correctly, and that the user will be dealt with according to the MCGamer rules.
