Alright so, here is how it needs to be done :

1. First fill your dog's water bowl up full as she will need some cold water after hearing this life changing news.
2. Second get your dog's favourite toy and bone and place them next to the water bowl that should be placed next to your dog's bed.
3. Place your dog on your lap and slowly break the news to him/her. Once they know they might be upset and distressed.
