Recording help.

Well i've decided i want to record but when i render i dont have that WMV 720p 1080p or media player HD or whatever, i'm looking for someone that can help me solve this problem. I've followed multiple guides over youtube no fix yet.

I am using windows movie maker to render / edit videos

Yes i am also using that but after you go to "Save Movie file"-my computer etc. to Movie setting and when i go to "other settings" and choose what i want to i have nothing above 2.1 mbps nor 720p or 1080p nothing no WMV HD nor Media player HD NOTHING! As i said i've watched multiple tutorials and nothing works. I dunno why.

ok, what is your screen resolution?

You go to "Save movie for high definition display". Then it'll render it out in 1080p. Hope this helps!

Sorry i'm a noob, screen resolution of what?
Rightclick on desktop and then took Screenresolution, there must be something like 1920 x 1080 , tell me these two nunmbers, because maybe you cannot took hd, becasue your screen is not a hd screen
