Hello there tributes.
I recently have noticed that some players have problems when they want to do Report abuses, Ban Disputes or to apply for Moderator or for the build team, so I decided to make a tread where I can explain how to make all of this and how to get more chances to get a Successful Tread.
-Report Abuses: This is when someone brakes the rules example: He spam, rude-chat or Hacks, when you see someone you normally ignore it but that is not correct so you should Report abuse him at the forums and don't worry thats private so don't be scared that someone hacks your account or make something to you cause they wont know that you make that report.

Tips: I recommend you that if you are reporting rude chat spamming or people misleading other players take a screenshot and go to imgur It help a lot the staff and make you have a Successful Thread but also give a lot of proves for more chances, and don't forget of advertising players for stopping doing that or the Thread will be Denied and the rule-breakers will escape.
-If its a hacker please record a video and upload it to Youtube please make sure the video is Unlisted that help the Staff in many aspects and give you more chances to have a Successful Threat make sure the video is not laggy or it will Denied and the hacker will escape.
-Ban Disputes: If you where Banned from the server and you think you where unfair banned you can Dispute that here and try to get out of the situation with no future problems and you will get back to play at the Network.

Tips: I recommend you to follow the Ban Dispute template and after that try to explain more detailed the reason why you think it was a unfair ban and try to give some proves maybe some screenshots or a video of the game you where supposedly hacking this helps you really much to get Unbanned.
- Ask to the staff for the proves of the hacks if there are no proves you are clean and most be Unbanned.
- Give nice details of why you weren't hacking or breaking the rules but real stuff so Sr.Mods will see that you were not hacking and you will be Unbanned.
-Moderator Application: You wanna help the staff stop being a normal member and start to get some responsibilities you wanna clean the server from break-rulers and hackers do you want to help the community at any moment you can and be ready to take hard decisions? well then this is for you, fortunately the server is looking for new people that help out in the community, remember that its really hard to be part of the Staff the ones who make the decisions of accepting you or not are the Sr.Mods they will read the report, and if they Accept your report that do not mean you are part of the Staff after they Accept the report you will pass to the Pending Stage, then they will interview you and after that the decision of Accepting you or Denied you is made.

-Tips: Here is no secret just follow the template as it says there and you must have no bans at the MCGamer Network and you need to be at least 14 years old, not having rude language historial and try to help while you are just a Tribute they will see the effort and will increase the Possibilities of being Accepted.
-Building Team: Do you Like building at Minecraft but you want that other people see what you have done and that they play on that construction you make are you fan of making Survival Game arenas? then this is for you, here you can help the Community by making Maps and arenas for having more fun, Making a really nice map Doesn't mean that is gonna be at the Community Tributes may Vote for the Map so at the end your map can may be Accepted or not at the MCGamer Network you can make arenas for everything Hunger Games, Battlegrounds and even more.

-Tips: I will recommend you to make a video or take some screens of do Both that way people will see that your map is amazing and you will increase the posibilites of your Map for being Accepted and have positive opinions and more Like Votes You can have a really big Building team so you can move Build with more ideas more fun and more people so it will be more organized less time and more fun you end winning and thats a good strategy for your Map get Accepted by the Tributes and will help you for your map get Voted the most and be uploaded to the MCSG Servers.
