i was in a game with the moderator kytria and was teamed with my mates we were chasing her and my mate called her a scubs and she kicked him without warning and then continued playing the game she is abusing her powers and you guys need to have a word with your staff about this.

Well, the moderator wasn't breaking a rule, and you need proof of him kicking your friend.
When someone said "Scrub" To a moderator in-game, expect to be kicked, it's staff disrespect.
