Requirements for a map

So umm... I've been working with friends on a map but I was wondering...
What are the requirements for a map to get accepted and implemented into Survival Games Servers?

I know that the minimup radius is 500, and a glass dome is needed, but what else?

For amount of players, I think it has to be 24. But, you can also make 48 and 120 player maps, although nobody has done a 120 player map yet.

Youc an also just do a big map for both 24 and 48 ;P
