This is an RPG Style forum game. I leave who ever plays this to create the story. But to play, you need a charicter.
To make a charicter, use this simple charicter sheet:
Name: (example: Alex)
Class: you can just make this up. Just tell us how the class is like. (Example: Wizard. Magic based charicter that uses elemental magic to defeat his foes)
Level: you start at one, then go up from there when ever you defeat at least five foes and a boss enemy.
HP: Hit point (example 250/500 Hp)
MP: Magic/Might points Used only for Skills (example: 0/1000 MP)
Skills: What you charicter can use to deal more spealized attacks. Just list the range of damage the skill can do.(Simular to Basic attacks) Uses MP. Can be added to as you level up. Skills can have effects, just list what skills have effects and in that skill, tell us what that effect does. (example: Fireball, 100 damage. 20 MP. has a chance of burning the enemy. Burned enemys take 10 damage each turn for five turns.)
Basic attack: what your basic, non MP using attack is and what range of damage it deals (example: Magic Orb. 20 to 50 damage) Can be changed as you level up.
Anything else is optional.
When you level up, you have to post you stats again, but you can only list the items you've change.
Combat.
When your charicter engages in combat, you have to do it in a turn based fasion because this is a RPG, after all. Each line counts as a turn, and it switches between you and the enemy/enemies.
Combat example.
While walking to get a loaf of bread, Alex encountered an angry troll.
Alex fires a Magic Orb. it deals 35 damage to the Angry troll.
The troll swings its club at Alex, who loses 50 health.
Alex casts Fireball. The angry troll takes 100 damage and gets burned.
The troll uses Charge. Alex gets knocked back and loses 25 health. The Troll takes 10 damage from his burn.
Alex recovers from his fall. The Troll takes 10 damage from his burn.
The Troll makes a meniching growl, which does nothing and the troll takes 10 more damage from his burn.
Alex Casts Thunder. The troll takes 120 damage and falls dead.
Alex recives 20 gold from the trolls lair, and heads into town to get his bread.
From here it is up to you, good luck.
