COUNTLESS times, people have been spamming / cursing / breaking other rules, and asking for proof that there are rules. My suggestion is to simply add the /rules command, so that they can read them for themselves; in game.

I dont see a single reason not to have this!
Then there also should be some signs in the lobby saying: To see the rules type /rules.
This way they also can't claim they didnt know about the command.
