Thanks to your reports, the user has been banned from our forums. To those of you who have purchased artwork from him, provided the payment was done though PayPal, you can attempt a chargeback to recover your money.
Please be very wary when making purchases online, and please notify sr staff as soon as you even suspect someone is scamming people in this way.
