Server hosting?

To start I am not sure if this is the right place to post this thread on the forums, so please move it if needed.

What I wanted to ask was, where are all of the MCGamer servers hosted?
Example, where is US hosted? I think I know that one though (Arizona, United States)

Clarifying this -- there are no servers in India.
The TLD of a domain is irrelevant. I could have MCGamer.co.nz, and it could point to a server in Arizona. You can point a domain anywhere you want, even if it's something like supercoolpotatoes.estate (curse these new TLDs). Scott and ArgaJones are correct in regards to the locations.
