server lagging?

On all servers its lagging realy bad anyone else noticing this?

Yeah, my friend was gonna kill this guy on a tower and he got sent back and died due to fall damage :/

I agree, it's super annoying. When C4 comes back I predict it may get fixed quicker, but I'm not positive.
