CS_StEaLtH private messaged me on how to do the icons for Mac. I can't tell how to change the dock though, you'll have to Google that yourself. So this is how :

1) You need file types like this that you download from the interwebs :
2) Double-click the file and Preview should open and you would have a window something like this :
3) Copy (Cmd + C) if you have selected one on the left column.
4) Go to the file/folder you want to change and right click it, and click 'Get Info'.
5) You should get a window like this :
6) Click the icon on the top-left corner and paste (Cmd+P) the icon you just copied onto it. Viola! The icon should be changed.
