Smooth Turning?

Yeah, I'm back on the forums just for this one question:

How do I make my turning in Minecraft smooth?
Example:

His turns are so smooth. Is there a certain setting to set it smooth?

That's motion blur. It's a feature in some editing programs.

Posted this in another thread

1) Install GLSL shaders mod for 1.7.2 (or 1.7.4 if it's out, if you don't know how look up a tutorial).
2) Go to Silder's shaderpack page.
3) Scroll down to the downloads.
4) Look for 'Basic Shaders v1.03 Motion Blur'
5) Download and put it into your shader pack folder.
6) ?????
7) Profit!

By the way the ONLY thing this shaderpack does it creates motion blur, no shadows or anything else.
