Umm. Cake was removed from chests in MCSGv2. Cake also doesn't have anything to do with baccas. If you're referring to the Benjamin Religion, it began after MCSGv2 came out and therefore after cake was removed. It is still a sponsor item, but it was made into a lie (which is from Portal) for Chad's birthday.
And I have no idea what you mean by you can get banned for killall____.
