Clanwar Rules:
3v3+ only (both clans must agree).
2 minute grace-period in the beginning of each game.
No sponsoring/bountying.
No teaming/trucing with other players other than your clan members.
You may only play with members from your roster.
Postponing is allowed, 1 per clan. (48 hours maximum)
Crashes in pre-game (with proof) = Restart of that round.
Crashes in pre-game (without proof) = Counts as death, game continues.
Crashes in game (with or without proof) = Counts as death, game continues.
Killed by hacker (with proof) = Restart of that round.

Ascendancy DQ Explanation
Here's a quick summary of what happened in this clanwar.
1) We started of quite smoothly, it was 1-1. They had to pp, for no valid reason, we also asked them about it with no response.
2) They had almost past the pp, but wanted to continue 45 minutes before. We started playing and it was 3-2 to them. (originally 3-3, but they died of a hacking, evidence here.)
3) We agreed and it was 3-2 and we were playing on Turbulence. They apparently "died" to a hacker without any evidence and said this.
4) We didn't accept this and continued playing, this is also some evidence of the IG-chat, here.
5) In this final fight, the score being 3-2 (if we win, it would've been 3-3), and we finally killed them.
6) Apparently, they said ghostkill with no evidence either, here.
7) When we won, they didn't want to continue. It was obviously 3-3, they had no evidence to support that it was a ghostkill and they didn't want to continue.
They then wrote on their thread that they won, 5-3, with no evidence/reason at all.
That's basically it.
Explanation for Phoenix
This was not a dq, we won fair and square. However, in case they try to put away their loss again here is an explanation.
We were loosing with the score a little bit, 2-3. We managed to win fair and square though 5-4.
They also said that in the final fight one of them spazzed out, asking for a redo. We said that "No, we've already won, no need to." They went on and on, and finally they got so mad they wouldn't put up on their thread. Here's some evidence though of them admiting it.

CrazyWarriors DQ Explanation
We started playing and won with 1-0. We played on and on and won but we got killed by hackers in deathmatch frequently. As it was still 1-0 on Moonbase when we lost against hackers, they left the server and said nothing on Skype. This is what happened, here. With no response, we figured it was a forfeit. Therefore, 5-0.

Once again, I'm writing one of these long comments. It's actually quite annoying, sad how some clans just can't play fairly. Anyways, this is what happened.
1) We started playing, and it was going quite smoothly, 2-1.
2) We won the round and made it 2-1, we died sometimes to hackers, but we recieved fair redos.
3) Unfortunately, on SG 4, the score being 2-1, the servers started lagging, a lot. To a point where my "good" ping was close to non-existant, being at 3 bars.
4) We 2v1'd him, JonteNest, and won the game. They said redo due to "ghostkilling".
This was their evidence.
5) They agreed to our rules, which clearly state that we do not accept "ghostkilling". That was obviously just plain lag, nothing we could prevent, and he "ghosthitted" him. 2 different things.
6) We even talked to Mods and Sr. Mods, all said that they were different things.
7) They started spamming us with 2-1, postpone with the evidence, neglecting any type of fairness towards the clanwar.
However, the main reason as to why they got DQ'd is because of abuse. One of their members, not going to say any names, got banned due to abuse. This is an obvious reason to DQ because of breaking MCG rules. This is confirmed by a moderator aswell.
