Spectator changes

In my opinion there's to much
voyeur in the game and most people don't
know about /w / /whisper command and mostly
also not that they get watched like hell.

I hate this.

I'm not quite sure why you would want to remove the spectating feature... lots of people love to watch their friends play, even random people play, as well as recording hackers, sponsoring their friends, wasting time until the server restarts, etc.

I can't really see any benefits in removing spectating.
