Not trying to be the party pooper or anything, but this is next to impossible since the amount of active staff members is less than the amount of active non-staff members. So if you are doing this during the day you will have no luck.

Probably doing this at 3 in the morning you will have some luck. Or maybe open it up to Staff Members, VIPS, and the highest donor rank to count to 100.
