Just saying according to Daves rules (which I don't follow but some may) I believe it says having a hacker in a clan which someone has got evidence and said hacker is banned then I believe that would force you to disband...

Those rules don't apply to my clan. I'm not going to disban my clan for them either, that's just stupid. I'm giving him no other chance because he was honest enough to tell me in private.
