stuck at spawn

I was standing at spawn when the survival games begun. I racet to the spawn but I get knokbackt. the only way to walk was braking the block down of me. than i can run for 2 sec but I get stuck again. I was in a team and my teammates were saying im floating 1 block higher than normal. please remove this bugg cause I got it 2 times from of now. sorry for my bad grammar.

That would probably be the anti hacking plugin installed, there is no perfect plugin

I think its cause im always running before the games beginning. np i think i got the problem already

ok i played a game 1 sec before i placet my last game and it is not I still get stuck.
