This is a really cool idea! For tips check out the map Atlantis on 'The Nexus'. I have been wanting one of these for a LONG time. Just as a suggestion, make it look like an underwater temple. e.g. mossy cobble stone etc. I think this has real potential and I fully support what your trying to do, if you looking for ideas of help with anything, I'm your man.
