Survival Games Launcher

Hello MCSG! I got this idea with a custom launcher, where there were a big button which says "Play Survival Games" and then it will find a server in lobby and then you can play! Also, it could be nice to have a queue, so it was more fair who got in and play

I love the idea of having a queue! It's really exhausting to keep clicking refresh until a server drops down to 23 people. There should be some way to coordinate that with donors kicking people from a server, like having the person who was kicked get the first spot in the queue. Or maybe just change the donor perk from kicking someone from the server to jumping ahead in the queue.

Yeah, when you attempt to log in it could put you in a queue, or you could just find another? Instead of getting donators to kick players who have made it in maybe have them jump first in the queue?

Building a Queue system takes a mess of code to function efficiently, the launcher could serve as a news portal and display leaderboards/stats other then that though. Queue functionality seems a little distant at the best.

Would require quite a bit of computer know-how for such a program to be created, especially with Java. Seems do-able if we could find someone who has experience in the field.

Really nice idea man, That would be really cool. I dont need it much since im donor but it would be easier than checking on fourms
Edit: For the QUE thing i cant spell lol but yea that is also really good for non-donors.

Alot of thought. An old server supporting these map we use had a simular launcher. When you logged into Minecraft it said. "Connect to HGCraft." I tihnk it could hold leaderboards as that server could hold a sponsoring gui.
