Teamspeak Help

I'm not good at teamspeak and recently I haven't been able to see who is in a channel until I actually join the channel. I'm not sure if this is normal, but previously I was able to see a list of everyone in a channel without actually joining.

In the picture above it shows the AFK channel as empty. But only when I join AFK does it shows the names of everyone in that channel.

When I join the teamspeak I get this message in the chat: "<23:52:34> insufficient client permissions (failed on i_client_max_channel_subscriptions)". Is this causing my problem and what can I do to fix it?

Bu any chance would you say this problem started occuring when you got given your kangaroo rank?

I'm not sure. I was given the rank sometime last night but it seemed to be working fine then.
