I think the new ones are great aswell. Have you ever heard of the saying : "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"?

I understand that you don't agree with elements of this and dislike the staff, but now you are simply criticizing someones hard work. There is a fine line between your opinion and actually criticism to someones work.
The banners are great, in my opinion, if you don't like them, please keep it to yourself, because commenting things like that is going to do nothing but cause flame.
