I agree with Ceroria as well, just because this is a Staff Clan doesn't mean we have to lock it just so non-staff members can't reply, otherwise there isn't anyway for them to wish us luck, request clan battles (except for DMing) and other stuff. One of the requirements is being a staff member which is totally fine, but that doesn't mean we have to exclude non-staff members from being able to talk in here.
