This map is made by HST or HighScaleTeam .
It has a medieval thematic and is made on 1.7 version , but you can easily convert it to 1.8 .
We are really sorry because the map is not surrounded . Hope you'll find a solution .

The buildings look fine, but your trees need work (as does your terrain I think, but its really hard to tell from the video). Also,

Isn't 200 the minimum radius for a SG Map? ._.

It's too small to ever be accepted as SG, if you repurposed it to battlegrounds perhaps it would have a chance to be accepted.
