Hello everyone!
As some of you may know, Equalitee is my second Minecraft account. I created it in hopes of improving Global Equalitee, incorrect spelling intended, for any age, disability, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, height, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, skin color, and weight to the best of my abilities.
Since the first day I made the account, it was an odd dream of mine to have the colourful name of a Developer for just one split second. But in order to replace a dream that seemed so unlikely, I decided long ago to make my entire rainbow appearance that you all see when I run my little stubs through the servers. But to be able to have all those fancy colours in my name was still a goal of mine. To feel, complete, you know? To feel like my name, my rank and my skin all came together as one. Well, it happened.
It was kind of like the icing on a cake, like the tiara to a wedding dress. It was...Amazing! For some, you might not understand how much this meant to me because for some, this may seem really ridiculous. But I do not care because this is not just a coloured name to me. To me, this is us, as a community, as part of the world, coming together for Global Equalitee, to make a stand, to make a difference.
I would like to personally thank Ava and Rusty for this moment. This really did mean a lot to me.
Anyways, I thank you all for allowing me to share this moment with you.
