This is a competition I could need some help on or I could use some suggestions, but here it is.
There's basically 4 or 6 teams. Over a period of time there will be challenges, they could be plain PVP, an all out death arena or even a game of Survival games. There will be a scoring system based on how your team does. The whole idea could use some suggestions. I need some mods (Game-makers), a server host (Head Game-Maker), and Team leaders/Players. The winning team gets glory over everybody else.

Each team will start with a maximum of 9 members until further notice
Not very player will compete in each event, the team leaders will decide what events you participate in.
Team leaders are a player with a large amount of wins on that team.
