People that have been here for over a year aren't getting promoted, and those who have been here for 2 months are (and not because doing a good job, but because of something that I don't want to say to offend those even though they deserve it). That's really unfair honestly.

And yes, the current Sr.Staff team isn't the best and the one it was before and I see that it will never be, same with the entire MCGamer network.

Ok I am not agreeing at all with your idea.When I played on MCSG I only saw GeckoGoggals, Facufer, Yannick on US and on EU I don't even saw a mod on EU.There are a lot of mods who had more than 6+ months on server and they didn't get promoted.Promotions aren't only for people decission, they only can be promoted if they are active,helpfully and banning hackers not only waitng for reports.

Nice to see that there are mods of who you think are qualified for getting a promotion. However, I have to point out that with a couple of the current mods, there could have happened events in the past (let's just say "could have happened" ) which are hold against them and result into getting skipped when promotion discussions are there.

Besides, it would be nice to have new Sr.Mods, though I doubt if they could change anything. Also, there wouldn't really be any mods left if there are gonna be promotions...
