I really wouldnt accept people right away as officer. Ive been in some of the top clans of MCSG nad the rank officer is not about skill, its the maturity of that person and and how well he/she leads. And you cant see that out of poeple that you just accept. This is coming from me (a experienced clan guy) and you should reconsider this
