I'm going to be instituting a 'Starter Program' soon. If you are apart of the Starter Program, you will effectively be a part of the Rebels (e.g. Teaming with it's members), but you will still be being tested by me, Crow, or one of my officers, to see if you are to become an official member. This will most likely replace the many 'application pending' or no response that several applications have received. I'll be announcing who is to be a part of the Starter Program sometime today.
