I've had some very dark times in my like (Depression, Anixity, and Suicidal thoughts) I had to deal with them all on my own without any help. It would have been so much better if I had someone to talk to about it with.

It happens in all our lives, things that get you down so low that you feel it isn't worth it, but with valleys come hills of happiness, and content, loving. You will get to that hill, if you can stay through the valley.
