If you head over to http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/account/upgrades and report what you see there, then we should be able to sort something out. You should not be billed for another month.

Confirmed, an account upgrade has no recurring payment. If you log into your PayPal account, you should see in your logs that you have only been charged once.
