What are you trying to link? We need more information to diagnose and correct what is going wrong.

Assuming you are trying to submit a YouTube video, here is a little something to help!

1) Go to the video you wish to use

2) Find the following under the video

3) Click on share and a link will be highlighted

4) Go to the media section of the forums found here

5)
Scroll to the bottom of the page until you find this:

6) Copy and paste the link you received when you clicked share on your video and click 'Retrieve Information' (See step 3)

7) Now just categorize your video and you are good to go! :)

Still having the exact same problem. I've submitted over 70 videos to the Media section, and never had this problem before.

Have you tried resetting your computer/router?

eZ fix. What you basically need to do is remove the http(s):// part from the link, and you should be ready to go. :)
