I¨m not sure about dxtory, but fraps dont work on mac. i think screenflow is the best for mac users

I don't get all the complaining about hackers. I've only ever seen one person hacking (and even that I'm not sure of) and I've played a lot.

That's just luck. I see hackers everyday. (Mostly because I play EU.)

so next time when they do hack or do something there not suppose to do, it's perm.

See, I've always wondered at that fact. I mean, they easily know that they are doing something completely against the rules. Doesn't giving them a second chance basically say, " Oh hey, you were willingly and knowingly breaking our rules and thought you could get away with it, so we will stop you for a bit, but you are free to come back so long as you behave."

I don't actually see many hackers, mostly its just people complaining that someone killed them so they yell HACKER in chat to save the little shred of pride they have left.
