Updating rules in game

You should update all the rules into the /rules. So if some of the new players don't know how to go to the fourms or where they are right there in game.

Maybe a book in your hotbar in the hub? /rules would clear the chat because of the amount of rules there are.

That would work I just don't want people to get banned for rules they did not know about like me.
