Eight people receive VIP if I'm correct. May of changed since I heard this.

Currently, the amount of people that can get VIP, due to the acceptance of one map is 4.
So normally, the project leader, then 3 other helpers.
However, in the future, this is likely going to be lowered down to 3 people,
again with the project leader, but this time with 2 other helpers.
