Vida Cova OP Items - Bannable?

Hey guys,

Just a few minutes before posting this thread, I played a game on Vida Cova. Which, I remember from before that has some very OP items in an advanced SURVIVAL world, compared to a Survival Games match! And one of the other guys in DM had all of it including:

At least Power 2 Bow, with Flame & Punch
Full Enchanted Armour
At least Sharpness 2 FireAspect sword
Potions & more!

Firstly, where can you find them on the map (if it is allowed).
Secondly, is it allowed, and if not is it bannable?
Finally, if it is not bannable or not allowed, should it be in your oppinion?

I have asked a mod about this. It is either a kickable or maybe bannable offence she said

Idk if they're bannable or not but I'm gonna stay on the safe side & not use them xD

Usually the first time they catch someone it's a kick/warning then for a second offense a ban.
