We are aware to the connection issues with our US network and EU network. We are working now to fix the issue by mitigating the attacks from the datacenter. Europe is coming back up now and US should be returning to normal shortly. Sorry for the delay on this but sometimes we cannot control trolls attacking us. Anyways will update you when things are back to 100%.

Update: EU coming back online now.
