I have just started to jitter click a little bit, and I put my sprint key to a button the side of my mouse. It is hard to press that button and jitter click at the same time. What key do you guys use for sprint?

I always find default controls the best :p

Sprint key is Left Control
Crouch is left shift.
Change perspective set to F5.

It's not that difficult when you have been playing like that for a long time. Also it frees up your mouse if you want to use key binds :D

I just double press "W". I sprint like this ever since I started to play Minecraft.

I have it set Q. My set up is kind of weird to be honest.
Sword(Button 3 on my mouse)
FnS(Button 4 on my mouse)
Bow 3
Other Fns 4(I don't use the rod :3)
F5 is set to Y
to throw out stuff I use R
To zoom with optifine I use F

My sprint key is F.
Optifine is Control. F5 is R, and everything else is scroll. :D

Sprint: Shift
It is very easy to hold for a long time; even Huahwi recommends it.
Why not Q? It makes left strafes harder. Same with R or F.
If you have big hands, you may want to use Control instead.
Sneak: LCtrl
Easy enough, and sneaking doesn't feel natural if it's a mouse button.
The next two are specific to my mouse. Here's a picture:
F5: Red button on my mouse, right next to index finger
This works fine for me since the button is so easy to reach, but keep F5 on your mouse.
Zoom (OF): Button 12 on my mouse
Why not? This one needs to be in a reachable place, but make sure you can re-position your hand quickly.
