Long story short, in the Yogscast series on the Xbox verson of minecraft, they enconter some squids that spawned in a waterfall in a cave. It got them to thinking about how the squids were derpy and caused simon to say "When i grow up, i want to be a potato" from the view point of the squid.

Or you could just watch the yogscast's Xbox series. I think it is part three.
