I believe I play at 45. The more I play the more I have to lower it so my movements become more accurate and precise.

I play at 100% as that is what I started playing at originally and what I got used to, so I have not changed it since.

Hyperspeed with my mouse set to its max speed, I don't have a gaming mouse by the way but it goes pretty damn fast.
