What Map Theme Do You Think Is Overused?

Hey Baes,

So want to get your opinion on what map theme do you think are overused and why !

To be honest, In my opinion I gotta say medieval themed maps are extremely overused, not in a bad way, normally when there built they are up to very high standards but the builds are always the same. Boats, villages and castles. And if your a good builder, you can build anything and make it look good. Personally I find medieval maps rather boring. They can be interesting, but the gameplay isn't always the best and usually last very long.

If your stuck on what to put, here are some themes to make you think.

• Urban maps (towns, towers overcrowded with buildings)
• Forest/rural maps, a lot of vegetation tree ect

Urban maps there is so many of them. Being honest there is not much unique builds left.

Medieval is easy to build and looks good, hence it being overused

Definatly medieval.
If one were to do medieval, I would like to expect fantasy medieval or steampunk, something that hasn't been touched upon a lot.

If I were to build a map, I would do fantasy like structures, but then again, my style of mega building isn't friendly to people with weak computers.
